Secure with Deposit (30/70 Plan)Lock in your event with a 30% non-refundable deposit at booking. The remaining 70% is due no later than 14 days before your event date. Failure to pay may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit. Guests may choose to pay in full upfront if preferred.
Big-Ticket / Custom Events (50/50)For premium or large-scale events, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before your event date. Failure to pay may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit. Guests may choose to pay in full upfront if preferred.
Rush BookingsFor events booked less than 14 days before the event date, 100% of the total is due upfront at booking. Rush bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, subject to space and concierge availability.
Pay-In-FullGuests may choose to pay 100% upfront at booking to secure their space immediately. This option follows the same cancellation & reschedule policy as deposit bookings. Once paid, the booking is treated as confirmed and non-refundable (except where required by law).
