How long does setup take?
Setup usually takes between 3β7 business days once your design selections and logo are received. Larger or custom builds may take longer.
Can I upgrade or cancel my plan?
Yes! All VFlexSpace subscriptions are billed monthly β you can upgrade or cancel anytime. Your access remains active through the end of your billing cycle.
What support is included?
Each plan includes concierge setup, branding assistance, and basic technical support to ensure your virtual space runs smoothly and stays on-brand.
Can I add more rooms or features later?
Absolutely. You can add new spaces, rooms, or upgrades anytime β or work with our team to create a Custom Design tailored to your vision.

Yes! After subscribing, youβll choose your preferred office and lobby from our pre-designed gallery.
4. Can I fully customize it?
Your suite includes logo and color branding. For a completely custom environment, you can purchase the Solopreneur Custom Design Service β.

Usually 3β5 business days after you submit your design choices and logo.

2. How do I choose my rooms?
Youβll receive a Campus Design Questionnaire after subscribing. Simply pick your preferred pre-designed rooms from our gallery.
3. What branding is included?
Logo and name placement throughout your campus.
4. Can I request a fully custom build?
Yes β complete customization is available through the Enterprise Campus Custom Design Service β.
5. Setup timeframe
Typically 5β7 business days once selections and branding are submitted.

1. What is it?
A bespoke design experience where our creative team builds your digital headquarters from the ground up β layouts, architecture, textures, and lighting crafted around your brand.
2. Who can purchase it?
Any active VFlex subscriber can add this service at any time to upgrade their existing suite or create a brand-new custom space.
3. How long does it take?
Average completion: 10β14 business days, depending on your selected design package and the level of customization requested.

π VFlex Events
1. What types of events can I host?
You can host private celebrations, corporate mixers, training sessions, or even full-scale conferences. Each VFlex Event Space can be customized to fit your theme, audience, and goals.
2. How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking at least 3β4 weeks in advance to ensure design availability. Rush bookings (under 14 days) may be accepted depending on space and team capacity.
3. Can I customize the event space?
Yes! Our design team can match your theme, colors, and layout needs. For premium setups, explore our VFlex Custom Design services.
4. How do payments and deposits work?
A non-refundable deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event. Rush bookings require full payment upfront. View our full Payment Policy β
5. Can I reschedule or cancel my event?
Reschedules are allowed up to 14 days in advance (subject to availability). Deposits are non-refundable, but your balance can transfer to a new date within 60 days.
6. How will my guests join the event?
Guests receive a branded access link β no downloads or logins required. They can join directly from any browser, desktop, or mobile device.
7. Do you offer event support or hosting?
Absolutely. Our concierge team can assist with guest entry, music, screen sharing, and moderation throughout your event. Hosting add-ons are available for an additional fee.
8. Can I record my event?
Yes! Recording options are available upon request β perfect for webinars, workshops, and corporate events.
