Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@vflexspace.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until that time.
• Refunds are not provided for unused time or partial billing cycles.

Custom Builds & Setup Fees

• Custom design projects (such as branded suites or HQ-style builds) require an upfront setup or design fee.
• These fees are non-refundable once project work has commenced, as resources are immediately allocated to your build.

One-Time Purchases (if applicable)

• For one-time products or services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Missed Appointments (Consultations)

• If you book a consultation and are unable to attend, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed consultations without notice may not be refunded.
