From subscription to setup, orientation to hosting, here’s how we bring your space to life.

Subscription Setup

  • Step 1

    Choose Your Plan

    Pick your tier (Solo Office, Suite, HQ, etc.) and subscribe directly on our site.

  • Step 2

    Get Your Branded URL

    We’ll generate your branded entry point (example: myvflex.com/yourname).

  • Step 3

    Orientation & Key Transfer

    We walk you through how to:

    • Lock/unlock doors

    • Move attendees between rooms

    • Personalize your branding

  • Step 4

    Start Hosting

    Within 24–48 hours you’re ready to host meetings, events, or classes.

  • Step 5

    Concierge & Support

    Optional event concierge service, plus ongoing support as you grow.

Custom Design & Build

  • Week 1

    Discovery Call

    We meet to understand your goals, audience, and space requirements.

  • Week 2

    Proposal & Mockups

    You receive a design concept with proposed room layouts and branding ideas.

  • Week 3–4

    Build Phase

    Our team builds out your custom rooms (offices, lobbies, lounges, studios, or hallways).

  • Week 5

    Review & Revisions

    Walkthrough your space, request changes, finalize details..

  • Week 6

    Orientation & Launch

    We transfer keys, provide training on navigation, moving attendees, and room codes.

  • Week 7+

    Concierge & Support

    Optional event concierge service, plus ongoing support as you grow.
