We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to take advantage of our flexible deposit plans. Events booked less than 14 days before the event date are considered Rush Bookings and require full payment upfront.
Yes — if your event is more than 14 days away, you may request a reschedule (subject to space and concierge availability). Rush Bookings (less than 14 days) cannot be rescheduled.
Yes! Guests may choose to pay the full event balance upfront at booking. This secures your event immediately and follows the same cancellation/reschedule policy as deposits.
Each lounge comes with your chosen design, seating, lighting, concierge support, and digital hosting space. Add-ons such as upgrades, music features, or concierge extras can be selected during checkout.
Please review our Payment & Cancellation Policy. Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll work with you on eligible reschedules (when booked more than 14 days in advance).
