1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of VFlex Space’s services, including ready-made templates, virtual offices, event spaces, and custom suite builds (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our website or Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By subscribing or booking, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Accounts

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your selection).
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Subscriptions: Payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
• Custom Builds: All setup/design fees (e.g., Paragon-style HQ builds) are non-refundable once project work has commenced.

6. Use of Services

You agree not to misuse VFlex Space or its underlying platform (GoBrunch). Prohibited uses include:

• Illegal activity or content.
• Reselling or redistributing your subscription access.
• Attempting to disrupt or damage the platform.

7. Sub-Accounts & Moderators

• Some plans may allow sub-accounts or moderators for your rooms.
• Sub-accounts cannot be transferred, resold, or used for commercial gain outside your organization.
• VFlex retains control of the primary account and may revoke sub-account access if misused.

8. Intellectual Property

• VFlex retains ownership of all templates, room designs, and custom builds unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use virtual spaces while their subscription is active.
• Upon cancellation, access to rooms and content may be removed.

9. Service Availability

We rely on third-party technology (including GoBrunch) for hosting virtual spaces. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for outages, downtime, or third-party service issues.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VFlex Space is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
